Junior Project Manager Digital marketing, e-commerce and CRM
I don’t stop at the task: I understand the whole process to improve it where it really matters.

From designto projects
I was born in Bogotá and have lived in Madrid since 2023. Today I coordinate website, CRM and content projects for a distributor that sells across Europe.
I started in design and marketing. I was often asked for something “simple” and, when I delivered it, I could see it didn’t solve the problem because information was missing. I started talking to purchasing, sales and the warehouse to understand the real need, and found that what I enjoy most is the process.
I want to grow as a Project Manager in a large company, with several teams and a culture where coordination between areas matters.

I ask purchasing, sales, support or doctors until I understand the product, the customer and the sales process.

The challenge
Nothing could be found on the website. Not even the sales team used it: they searched for products on competitors’ sites. Customers didn’t finish online orders and called or messaged on WhatsApp instead, so the sales team was overloaded.
My role
I led the project: I made the decisions, defined the process and reported results to my manager.
The plan
A new home page, 12 main categories and attribute filters: remotes can be searched by supplier or car brand and filtered by model, buttons, frequency, packaging and price. In parallel, rebuilding 200 product pages a month: photos, descriptions, SEO, attributes and cross-selling.
How I coordinated it
With two part-time interns (one stayed on with a permanent contract), a product page guide in Notion, a monthly tracking spreadsheet, a workflow with the order of tasks, and Trello to fix pages together with sales and purchasing.
Obstacles
Odoo limited many features and didn’t allow bulk editing. I made the most of the existing blocks and relied on AI and Canva; today AI handles translations and SEO under our supervision.
What I learned
All requirements need to be defined at the start. We began with photos and only later discovered the issues with descriptions, SEO and measurements, which meant redoing work.
- Over 30% more online orders without sales assistance.
- Fewer returns and less time spent answering questions.
- In Q3 2026 the website already brings in almost half of Key Code’s sales (marketing team).

One viral video, and a streak that kept going
In February 2026 one of our videos went viral. Since then Key Code’s content has kept its reach month after month on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.

The challenge
Two brands with a mostly male audience, in sectors I didn’t know: an automotive locksmith distributor with inactive profiles, and a men’s sexual health clinic starting from scratch.
Inform before selling
No giveaways, influencers or trends. I learned each business by asking technicians, sales reps and doctors, and turned it into videos that answer real questions.
How I organise it
A Notion calendar with a post every other day, creation in Trello with the team lead and the designer (I also create and edit), review in Canva and fixed filming slots: one Friday with technicians and the next with doctors. Key Code posts in Spanish, French and English.
A sensitive topic
Andromed’s content deals with men’s sexual health. We handled it with educational, professional content, always approved by the doctors.
What I learned
In a technical sector, content that teaches something useful grows organically and attracts customers, with no ad spend.

* Andromed runs paid campaigns since launch. On TikTok, 36% of views come from search; the most-watched video (how to identify Xhorse remotes by packaging colour) has 27,000 views.

The challenge
Announcing new products from a technical catalogue to customers in several countries, each in their own language, without overloading the database.
Lead capture
Pop-ups such as the World Cup campaign and a landing page with a form for the Auto Trade 2026 trade fair.
Results (Jan–Oct 2026)
164,905 emails in 163 different sends, a 29.4% open rate and a 2.6% click rate. The best campaign, sent to 1,312 contacts in Spain, reached a 39.3% open rate and a 4.6% click rate.
What I learned
An email works when it talks about what the customer needs right now. That takes clean data and well-defined segments, not just good design.

More projects,same method
Three more cases where the same way of working repeats: understand, plan, coordinate and measure.
From notebook to CRMKey Code · 2025–2026 · Rollout and adoptionEach sales rep kept customer notes their own way. Today HubSpot is the only CRM.
How it evolved
First the Odoo CRM was switched on and I was the go-to person for the sales team. Then the company moved to HubSpot and marketing took charge of the rollout.
What I did
We migrated contacts and companies, linked last purchase, last quote and total spend from Odoo, cleaned the database, and I built dynamic segments and a workflow that alerts marketing to large quotes so we can follow them up.
Training
I took part in training the purchasing team: eight people across France, Portugal, Spain and the rest of Europe.
What I learned
“We had a Ferrari, but didn’t know how to drive it.” Adoption takes training, follow-up and clean data.

AI in everyday workKey Code · 2025–2026 · AutomationsI automate the repetitive so time goes to what needs judgement.

Emails with Claude and HubSpot
Skills that write the email from the product, such as the ESL, ELV and immobiliser emulator campaign.
n8n workflows
Welcome emails to new leads depending on whether they meet the sign-up requirements, and alerts every 15 days when a supplier releases a new software version.
What I learned
AI doesn’t replace judgement: it frees it up. I automate what repeats and always review the result.

Where it all beganSynergy Elevator Group · Colombia · 2022–2023A lift company’s website looked like an estate agent’s. I redesigned it in three phases.
Define
Meetings with the company to agree on what they wanted to convey.
Propose and coordinate
I presented a proposal, incorporated their feedback and defined the tasks for the teams that had to send me images and copy.
Deliver
A new website, consistent with the service they provide, plus the brand identity manual.
What I learned
It was my first project with several parties involved: that’s where I started planning and tracking.
